Review Our HR team reviews your application along with the respective department lead. If your profile looks like a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule an interview with the team lead. Sometimes, you may receive a short test before the interview so we can understand your approach and thinking better. 3. Interview Our interview process usually consists of two rounds — a technical discussion followed by a final HR conversation. Think of it as a two-way interaction where we get to know you and you get to know us. 4. Onboarding If everything goes well — welcome aboard! We have a structured onboarding process that helps you smoothly step into the AjnaLens ecosystem, from understanding work practices to getting familiar with our culture.

Yes, we do! We periodically open internship opportunities for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience and work on real projects. The minimum internship duration for any role is 3 months, as we believe meaningful learning takes time.
